In for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter replacement, & recall on transmission problem. Process only took 1.5 hrs to complete! I am very confident of the quality of maintenance work as they have always been superior when it comes to workmanship! The maintenance engineers need to be recognized for their professionalism! What should’ve taken 45 min-hour took an hour 45 min and th service dept rep forgot about me in eating room. I had to go ask status of my car because I had plans to plans to pick up and fed my kids. Very disappointed! Wile read I changed to His dealer was for service department!

After an unsuccessful 2025 suburban order placed in Oct 2024 (Chevrolet never built), Kirk and Crystal went on a multi month search for us to find this similar build 2026 suburban. I had a 2 o’clock appointment last Thursday for an oil change and filter. I had to wait about 15 minutes to get waited on to give them my keys. Then after that I waited a hour in the waiting room and the guy that I had gave my keys walked through and I asked him to check on my truck why it was taking so long. He never got back to me so I called Mike Elkins the service manager here at Altus, Ok. No answer so I then texted him and no answer at that time it was 2 hours. When I did have a guy come out and tell me my truck was ready it was 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an oil change. I never had this problem before. I won’t go back to Wilmes Chevrolet here in Altus oklahoma again and we have bought 4 vehicles from them. Oh and when I had paid and going out the service door Mike was talking to a man and woman at the entrance and turned and looked at me and never acknowledged me. I was so angry and still am. There was another lady that had waited as long as me there also.

I HAD THE ENGINE LIGHT COME UP ON MY SCREEN. CALLED WILMES,TOOK IT OVER, THEY HOOKED IT UP ON MACHINE.. TOOK CARE OF THE CODE..OLD HISTORY CODE CAME UP. NOTHING WRONG ,RESET IT AND I WAS OUT OF THERE!!! THOSE BOYS ARE GREAT!!!

Dealership did GREAT. The problem is GMC . The $100,000 truck radio works about 75% of the time without shutting down the engine.To reboot the computer it may take 5-10 attempts to restart computer.

Had a “Service charging system, engine may stall” warning on my 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali. The RED battery light was also on! I called to schedule an appointment for repair & asked if i’d be able to drive in or should i have it towed. Drove in! I thought it must be the alternator, but it was a broken serpentine belt, frayed additional belt, and broken tensioner pulley. That explianed why i had no power steering or power brakes on my way in. Fortunately, all replacement parts were in house. Everybody was happy to see me again and wished me a Happy New Year! As always, the professionals on the maintenance team did superb work! I’ve got my truck back & she’s as good as new!
