Got an oil change. Didn't service DEF, or top off fluids, and new oil filter was leaking and there was oil all over my chassis they didn't clean up. Advisor was courteous, but maintenance was sloppy and requires more QA oversite

We have been Wilmes customers since 1992. We've been extremely happy with all our vehicles except one, the GMC Terrain. And the only problem with it was the size. Traded in a suburban to a smaller size.
This is the 6th attempt at repairing the infotainment center in my brand new Denali HD. (Purchased 11-30-2020) I absolutely love everything about this truck! The problem is the infotainment center malfunctions. The service manager is on top of this problem with GM but unable to correct as of yet.
The only bad was out of most peoples control in a way there was no loaner cars as I had to wait about two weeks for my truck to be done, not a huge deal but to some people it would have been. Justin that helped me throughout this was absolutely exceptional service, he communicated with everything that was happening as it was happening. He alone is the reason I am writing this and giving such high recommendation so to him thank you
