I always take my vehicles to the Chevy house. Very courteous and they do a good job. They don't pester me by trying to upsell services and do exactly what I ask of them. I'm always a satisfied customer.
My truck has not even had it's first oil change and I already had several service lights come on. The costumer service in maintenance was very rude each time had to bring my vehicle in. Also, my truck was clean when I initially brought it in for repair. When I picked it up there was muddy shoe print on my for board and the driver side floor panel. When I exit the vehicle I intentionally step that panel to keep it from getting scratched up. Now because of maintenance carelessness it's damaged...thanks
My truck has been in your shop 3 times to get the head liner fixed, cause it was leaking. The second time it was in the shop it came back with a big scratch on the fender. Took it back in for the third time to get the scratch fixed and the roof. It came back this time with another scratch and even more damage in the inside.
My husband had talked to Randy Hamm several times, so he was aware of what our needs were. He had several pickups for us to look at and at that point it came down to color and comfort. Mike Abway worked quickly to get all of the paperwork completed. Kevin Hamm was waiting as we came out of the dealership to make sure that we knew how to work all of the bells and whistles. They are a great team and we appreciate how easy they made our experience.
I went in for an oil change and they found a leak that was covered by the warranty and they explained that they were going to take care of it while I waited. Then they checked all the tires and there was something in the right front tire, so I could get it fixed . They made sure I was in agreement with there procedures.
Although I was terribly disappointed when I began experiencing problems with the infotainment screen malfunctioning daily after only owning my DREAM TRUCK for about a month and having only put about 4,000 miles on it. (Of course you know this is a top of the line $78,000 truck) After scheduling an appointment for repair, the service team got right on it and connected their computer to my truck so it could be updated. Even though I don���t understand why a brand new truck needs to be updated, this appears to have remedied the problem. The service manager explained that future updates will come to my truck automatically.
